This is the feed support clamp that fits on the ends of 3 arms of the Raven (Skyware Global)
(formally Andrews and before that Channel Master) 90cm, 1.0m, 1.2m 1.8m and 2.4m offset dishes.
This is a 40mm clamping LNB support boss and it comes with 40mm to 23mm spacers.

Raven offset feedhorn



Raven - Formerly "Andrews" and before that "Channel Master".
The 23mm to 40mm spacers are included.
Raven feedhorn for all Raven (Andrews or Channel Master) offset dishes from 1.0m to 2.4m. Highly recommended
for Raven (Andrews / Channel Master) 1.2m, 1.8m and 2.4m dishes. Use this feedhorn with a C120 flange LNB for
better matching and improved signal to noise ratio compared to a 40mm clamp LNB of equivalent (or lower) noise level.
Why buy a high quality Raven (Andrews / Channel Master) dish and use a compromise 40mm mass market LNB which has
a universal feedhorn / cap and is not designed for a particular dish? Taking a 1.2m dish as an example. A 40mm LNB
may only illuminate 1.1m of dish area (not enough) or perhaps 1.3m of dish area (i.e. including noise around the edges).
With a matched feedhorn, exactly 1.2m of dish area is illuminated. This feedhorn is for offset dishes and can also
be used on other makes of offset dish. It comes with adapters for either 23mm or 40mm clamps. Designed to be
used with C120 flange universal LNBs (see below.) The picture below shows the feedhorn on a 1.8m Raven dish in Spain.
Customers have also reported excellent results when the Raven feedhorn was used with a Gibertini 1.5m dish.

The 550mm version looks similar to a 450mm (above) but has an extra 100mm of stand off which is required for larger dishes.
76mm (3") diameter mast. 550mm stand-off. 10 bolt fixing, 4 to the left, 4 to the right and 2 to the bottom. Coach bolts

Usually for north, east or west facing walls in locations where there is a gutter and a larger stand-off distance is required.

Ground stand for the 1.2m Raven

Available fully welded or bolt together.
The stand is a fully welded heavy gauge steel construction It uses 3 adjustable feet. (and 3 optional additional feet). It
can easily be adjusted for "plumb" with a spanner (Thinking of putting a pole into concrete? How could you adjust it if
subsidence makes it go off plumb?) The feet are made of heavy gauge steel and the stud is tapped right through the steel
plate and then welded. For up to 1m dishes use three heavy duty feet. For 1.2m+ dishes use 6 feet) (The 3 feet are bolted
down with 6 coach bolts and plugs.) (The 6 feet are bolted down with 12 coach bolts and plugs.) The height is 1m and the
pole diameter is 76mm (3-inches). Ideal for the 1.2m Raven dish. For dishes larger than 1.5m needing a 76mm pole
see our 1.25m high stand below which has a much larger base area. We manufacture these ground stands and they are
exclusive to the Satellite Superstore. The stand is etch-primed with an oven baked final coating. A high quality product.

high and uses a 115mm (4.5") pole. Heavy 6mm thick angle is used along the base and the angle dimensions are 60mm
by 60mm. There are 12 holes for fixing down to concrete or paving. 4 in each angle. See bottom right picture. It is
etch-primed and painted black. The final coat of paint is baked and oven dried. The stand is bolted together to
make it easy to ship. A fully welded stand of this size could not be transported with a courier and would need an
(expensive) haulage company, so this stand bolts together. Multiple bolts are used for maximum rigidity. The stand
is heavy but it needs to be. The pictures above were taken in the rain so dots on the paintwork are just rain drops.

Non-penetrating ground stands
for all Raven dishes.





Non-penetrating ground stand. Primesat GS750NP (Patio Mount)
Material - Steel powder coated. Height - 1.0m, 1.5m and 2.0m. Pole diameter -76mm. Base - 1200mm X 1200mm. Dipped
These patio mounts can be weighted down with 4 x 600mm x 600mm paving stones, blocks, sandbags etc. or by filling
the square recesses with concrete. These are ideal for a flat roof where fixings are not possible.
Please note the prototypes shown in the top two pictures do not show the additional 4 side supports which are
now fitted as standard. The side supports increase the rigidity and strength of these mounts.
The side supports are shown in the bottom picture. Indeed this is a picture of some custom made stands for a high rise building in
central London. These stands had additional wall mounts bolted to them. The one in the foreground was for the Raven 2.4m
dish and has a 6.5" diameter pole. The one in the background is for a Raven 1.8m dish and has a 4.5" pole.
Also notice the extra ballasts frames bolted onto the main non-penetrating ground frame
. The 76mm pole 1.0m high mount is suitable for the Raven 1.2m dish and many other applications.
The 76mm pole 1.5m high mount is suitable for the Raven 1.8m motorised dish and many other applications.
The 115mm pole mount is suitable for the Raven 1.8m fixed dish and many other applications. We can custom make any of these
mounts for you if you have a different requirement just as we did for the customer in central London.

Primesat wall mount for the 1.8m
Raven dish

Manufactured by the Satellite Superstore. This is our own mount. It is designed for the 1.8m fixed Raven dish
It has a 115mm (4.5") pole. Heavy box section for rigidity is used. The 2 side supports have an angle of
50 degrees or 25 degrees each from the centre. There are 30 holes for fixing to the wall. Bolt together. It is
etch-primed and powder coated black. The final coat of paint is baked and oven dried. The mount is bolted together to
make it easy to ship. A fully welded stand of this size could not be transported with a courier and would need an
(expensive) haulage company, so this stand bolts together. Multiple bolts are used for maximum rigidity. The mount
is heavy but it needs to be. The pole is 1m high. 60cm is within the side supports and 40cm above for the AZEL mount.
Although designed for the 1.8m Raven dish but could be used for other applications. There are 3 versions of this mount -
1. Fixed mount with 1m stand-off distance. If the wall is not south facing and dish needs turning to point up or down
the street, this maximum stand-off distance is required.
2. If the wall is south facing, a smaller stand-off version of 85cm is available for the fixed Raven dish.
3. A version of the mount is available below for the motorised version of the Raven dish. (80mm diameter pole)
The motorised version needs a 1m stand-off distance so that the dish can turn in each direction.
4. If the fixed dish is going onto an eastern or western facing wall and a maximum stand-off is required, we can
custom make / alter the angle of the side supports to be less than 25 degrees on 1 side and more than 25 degrees on
the other side. (to make sure the edge of dish can be turned fully without touching the side supports).

Primesat Pole Adapter 453.



The Primesat Pole Adapter 453 is designed to fit on a 115mm (4.5") pole and convert it to a 76mm (3") pole.
An example of it's use would be to convert a Raven (formally "Andrews" and before that "Channel Master") fixed
1.8m dish to a motorised dish. This Raven dish uses an AZEL mount which fits on a 115mm (4.5") pole, however,
the Primesat polar mount / motor unit for this dish is designed for an 80mm pole. This pole adapter will convert
an existing ground stand to 76mm. The Primesat motor unit will fit on a 76mm pole but it has a better fit if the
76mm to 80mm Primesat Shim is used. See below. 80mm poles are not a standard size in the UK and so this
shim was developed to make a perfect fit between the Primesat motor unit and the Primesat pole adapter.
The length of the 115mm tube is 300mm and the length of the 76mm tube is 300mm. It is likely that the pole
adapter would raise the height of the ground stand by about 100mm but if necessary the 76mm pole could be
trimmed down if needed. Four strong heavy duty bolts hold the 115mm collar to the ground stand. If a motorised
Raven 1.8m dish and stand is being purchased from us, we can supply the Primesat 115mm ground stand
which is already 76mm diameter and the shim is included for perfect fit. With the correct stand, the pole adapter
is not needed. It is only needed if the customer already has a stand of 115mm and wants to convert the dish to
motorised use using our motor unit and the existing stand. Please note this is a special order item and is
manufactured for the customer when an order is placed and charged. Allow up to 5 working days.
Also note - we have manufactured ground stands, wall mounts and adapters for satellite dishes
including the Raven / Channel Master 1.8m dish since 1991.
